By placing an order, making a reservation, purchasing, or receiving any product from Stealth Supercharging, you agree to be bound by these terms: Strictly no refunds will be given. No disputes will be honored. Our item(s) are final sale. You agree to be bound by these conditions. You agree to resolve any disputes in a civil manner and outside of court. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any right to litigate claims in court and agree that the sole remedy for any dispute, if any, is to only be decided by Stealth Supercharging. Nothing lasts forever. We do not guarantee that any product will last indefinitely or perform under all conditions. Product lifespan and results depend heavily on factors outside our control. We will make efforts to ensure the product functions, but no warranty or guarantee is provided. There are never guarantees with anything in life. Understand that the value you get out of the tool depends on the miles you drive, and this is in your hands. By placing any order, reservation or by purchasing this tool, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. Whether you install the tool yourself or have it installed by anyone from us, our installers, or any third party you or we allow, you agree to these terms. You agree to not hold any party liable, whether our installers or Stealth Supercharging or anyone that works with us, for any accidents or issues that may arise from the installation or use of this product. The installation is intended to be a simple plug-and-play process. Do not open, disconnect, or modify any unrelated vehicle components (including but not limited to the frunk, main battery, or other systems). Contact us if you have questions. We may provide guidance, but we are not responsible for errors, damage, or consequences arising from installation, use, plugging, unplugging, etc—whether by you, an installer, or anyone else. You agree that Stealth Supercharging, its affiliates, team, owner(s), installers, and related parties are not liable for any damage (foreseeable or unforeseeable), injury, loss, or any other results or problem(s) to your vehicle, the tool, or any third party or property, that may arise directly or indirectly from the installation, use, removal, or any related activity. We are not liable for anything that directly or indirectly occurs to you, your vehicle, your tool, or a third party, living creature, or property that may occur as a result of you or anyone who attempts to install, use, or remove the tool. Whether you open anything up wrong or are accidentally misguided, either by Stealth Supercharging, our team, installers, or any related party, you agree to not hold us liable for any foreseeable or unforeseeable damage that may occur as a result of any mistake(s) during installation, use, or removal. These terms may be updated at any time and you agree to be bound by those terms as well. Continued use or future purchases after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
